Since, we owned a small shop, and products are from our artisans workshop, the products which are displayed and presented in website were also displayed in their facilities for the sales.
So, displayed product might not be available during purchase time as it might got sold locally at shop or through artist itself and not updated ontime from us or our artist to us for stock availability.
So, In this case we inform our customer as soon as possible, and make available same products by taking more time or give alternative product of same quality with the buyer aggrement and consent. We do further contact and will update details to the client.
Many of our products are custom made and cannot be sold to another customer. Such items cannot be returned. No refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you may have.
If damaged found, you must notify us with a problem and status within 24 hour from the date of receiving products in destination country, and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. Please be noted, kindly take a record (best option is product/package picture) statement from a delivery personnel about the packaged on sight if found any damaged or irregular signs.
As you know that delivery is not at our hand, we have to trust to third party (DHL/FEDEX) delivery, even though products might get damage during transist, dispatch and improper handling, we are very much aware of it, so we try our best to make nice packaging for safe delivery of goods.
So, you will need to send back the package (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You may request and pay for insurance for the return shipment if you wish.
However, we do insurance our package while delivery with courier company.
Depending on condition and damaged products, we will claim insurance and refund your shopping amount or alternatively provide same another products or other related product of customers choice if exchange needed.
Returned items must be in salable condition or no refund will be sent. When a return is authorized by us, you will be given a Return RMA Number to include with the package. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund amount by Bank TT, Draft or any other payment means for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
