Product Availability/Return/Payment Return/Product Exchange :
Since, we owned a small shop, and products are directly from our artisans workshop, the products which are displayed and presented in website were also displayed simultaneously in their facilities for the sales.
So, displayed product might not be available during purchase time as it might got sold locally at shop or through artist itself and not updated on-time to us from our artisans for stock availability. So, if these situations arrives, we will inform our customer at instant and discuss further.
We will be content with any decision made by our customer to cancel sales or payment return. But we will once try to explain scenario of unavailability, since we are artisan based, we do have available unfinished statues products that can be made within certain time frame, if aggreable, we can make available same products by taking more time or give alternative product of same quality with the customer full agreement and consent. We do further contact and will update details to the client.
Custom ordered or made products cannot be sold to another customer. Such items are not accept to return. so, no refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you may have.
If damaged found, you must notify us with a problem and status within 24 hour from the date of receiving products in destination country, and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. Please be noted, kindly take a record (best option is product/package picture on initial stage) statement from a delivery personnel about the packaged on sight if found any damaged or irregular signs.
As you know that delivery is not at our hand, we have to trust to third party (DHL/FEDEX) delivery, even though products might get damage during transist, dispatch and improper handling, we are very much aware of it, so we try our best to make very protective nice packaging for safe delivery of goods.
So, you will need to send back package (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for items lost while in returning. You may request and pay for insurance for the return shipment if you wish.
However, a client can demand insurance on purchased product with additional insurance fees on product while delivery or shippment , for this facility we will assist and make necessary documentation.
Except damaged product, the returned items must be in salable condition or no refund will be sent. When a return is authorized by us, you will be given a Return RMA Number to include with the package. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund amount by Bank TT, Draft or any other payment means for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
